New objects can be added to a published program; mappings already used by a published version remain fixed for deterministic live routing.

Fixed-owner programs, local CSV merge/export, and durable read-only simulation. Exact ZIP5 wins; only a missing ZIP may use normalized city/state evidence for an explicitly claimed whole state.

Reporting an incident

Unexpected owner changes, repeated authentication failures, privacy/uninstall failures, or evidence that disagrees with HubSpot should be reported immediately through the early-access support path. Stop the affected publication or test; do not repeatedly retry writes.
