Uninstall and data deletion

Decide what should remain in HubSpot, stop new work, remove the connected app, and confirm the TerritoryLogic purge during early access.

Before uninstalling

  1. Stop creating drafts, simulations, publications, resyncs, or rollback jobs.
  2. Review Activity for any running or failed work.
  3. If live writes were authorized, prepare a guarded rollback preview and inspect records that cannot be safely restored.
  4. Complete the desired rollback while the OAuth grant and write gate are still available.
  5. Record the portal ID and removal time for your own change log.

Remove TerritoryLogic

Use HubSpot's connected-app settings to uninstall TerritoryLogic. The hosted console intentionally does not offer a database-only “disconnect” button because removing the HubSpot authorization is the authoritative lifecycle event.

What a confirmed purge removes

  • Active OAuth token envelopes, hosted-console sessions, launch codes, and portal subscriptions.
  • Workspace members, programs, drafts, territory configuration, managed-company snapshots, decisions, jobs, and write evidence.
  • Customer-derived portal data associated with the exact installation generation.

A data-free purge receipt may remain to make repeated uninstall delivery idempotent and prove that the generation was removed. It is not a reusable customer workspace.

Backups and retention

Deletion from the active service does not necessarily erase provider backups at the same instant. TerritoryLogic has not yet published a contractual maximum backup-retention window. That maximum, the operator's legal identity, and a binding deletion commitment will be posted before paid commercial launch. Do not use the early-access service if your organization requires those contractual terms now.

Privacy deletion requests

The public release operates on companies, not contact-backed programs. HubSpot privacy webhook handling exists to remove any contact-derived lineage if such data is ever present. For an early-access deletion question, use Support and provide only the portal ID, removal time, and request/correlation ID. Never send OAuth codes, tokens, or CRM exports.

Reinstalling

A later installation is a new generation and creates a new workspace after the prior purge is confirmed. Do not expect prior drafts, decisions, or sessions to return.
